About me

I lead enterprise generative AI programs, turning promising experiments into secure, governed capabilities that deliver measurable business value. As an AI internal program lead for Generative AI, I drive organization-wide adoption by owning the strategy and roadmap, building the operating model, and leading delivery from intake and prioritization through rollout, enablement, and performance measurement. The objective is simple: increase productivity and quality while managing risk, so teams can use AI confidently, securely, and efficiently.

At ISAAC Instruments, I partner across Product, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable solutions. I evaluate initiatives based on impact, feasibility, risk, and time-to-value; define success metrics and ROI measurement; and validate performance against real business workflows, not demos. I also shape the platform direction, including model selection, retrieval approaches (RAG), evaluation, observability, and governance requirements, so leaders have visibility into adoption, cost, performance, and risk.

Governance is a core focus. I establish enterprise standards and policies for responsible AI use, define practical guardrails for safety and reliability, and implement controls for PII handling, data residency, access management, logging, retention, and model usage. I operationalize governance with model approvals, red teaming, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and I support audit-ready documentation and monitoring aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and evolving AI regulations.

I'm equally invested in change management: enabling teams with playbooks, training, and clear communication that turns "shadow AI" into a standardized, supported capability. I assess vendors and tooling through a pragmatic lens, evaluating security, compliance, usability, and measurable value, and I track adoption with clear KPIs so we continuously improve what we ship.

My foundation is in marketing operations, demand generation, and ABM. I've led martech stack optimization, lead routing and field mapping, multi-channel campaigns, and six-figure paid media programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, building automation that improves conversion and accelerates pipeline. That operator mindset, clear goals, clean data, and disciplined execution guide how I scale GenAI across the enterprise.
